November 21st-Preseason Jib Jam & Faction's 5 to Life Video Premiere @ Andes Tower Hills 6PM Come out and shred the Jib Jam shred fest at andes as the FactionBoardshop and Andes Kick off the 2008-09 snowboard season. Prizes for competitors and our new dvd Premiere will follow the rail contest. We will also be showing the new Mack Dawg Double Decade dvd. $10 to compete and see the premiere. Must register at the Faction to be in the rail contest!! Snow Gear Update- New outterwear from DC has arrived. Great selection of mens and Womens shred gear. Check out the new straight up denim pants from DC. New Goggles from Dragon and Anon are really killing it, get yours before they are all gone. We have all the new dvd's and they are sick this season. Quit being a cheap skate downloading the crappy quality Dvds online and spend a few bucks getting the real thing! The Faction Boardshop
The Faction is a core Boardshop located in Downtown Alexandria, MN. We opened our doors in August 2003, and we're still growing today. This is the only store that we own, we are not franchised, so you know you will get the attention you need at our store. We specialize in snowboarding, skateboarding, and wakeboarding. Our employees have the best product knowledge around. Every employee participates in every board sport that we sell. Jason Lybeck, the owner, started skating 17 years ago, and snowboarding 15 years ago. He opened the shop because Alexandria needed a place where the kids could get good products and knowledge about what they are buying. We do it because we love it! We primarily sell Snowboards, Skateboards, and Wakeboards....plus all the goodies that you need for those. We try our best to carry the brands that support the industry, and the riders, because without them we'd all be hurtin'. All you shredders out there should be doing the same thing....support the small locally owned shops because they support your scene and stay the heck outta the mall stores.
